The Service is currently in its beta phase and provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. Functionality, availability, and performance may change without notice. Skarya.ai makes no guarantees regarding uptime, reliability, or data retention.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, features, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to Skarya.ai. You receive no ownership rights by using the Service.

During the beta period, you may provide feedback, suggestions, or reports. By submitting feedback, you grant Skarya.ai a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services. Skarya.ai is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of such third-party content, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Some parts of the Service use artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies to generate, rewrite, or summarise content (“AI Output”).

  • AI Output is generated automatically and is intended to assist users with productivity and clarity.
  • Skarya.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI Output.
  • Users should review all AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it externally.
  • Skarya.ai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of AI-generated content.

By using these features, you acknowledge that content you submit for AI processing may be transmitted to third-party providers (currently Google Gemini) for the purpose of generating responses, subject to their applicable data-handling terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Skarya.ai disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You understand that the beta Service may contain errors and that your use is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skarya.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall Skarya.ai’s total liability exceed AUD 100.

10. Termination and Suspension

Skarya.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
